Our services

We provide EV charger supply and installation services for homes, workplaces, and commercial properties. The scope, timing, and quotation are agreed with you before services begin.

Site surveys and projects

Site surveys and installation visits are arranged by appointment. Please provide accurate contact details and reasonable access to your property at the agreed time.

If you need to reschedule, we ask for as much notice as possible so we can adjust our programme accordingly.

Quotations and payment

EV charger installations are quoted individually based on charger specification, cable run, electrical works, and scope. We will confirm your quotation, payment stages, and any variations before work commences.

Payment terms will be agreed with you in writing in advance of installation.

OZEV grants

Where OZEV grant funding applies, eligibility is determined by current government criteria. We will advise on eligibility during your site survey but cannot guarantee grant approval, which remains subject to government terms and availability.

Access and safety

You are responsible for ensuring our team can work safely at your property and that any hazards are disclosed in advance. We reserve the right to pause or decline work where conditions are unsafe.

Liability

We take great care at every property and maintain appropriate insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control.
