App-controlled smart charger with solar integration for a Berkhamsted family home — scheduled off-peak charging and real-time energy monitoring.
This Berkhamsted property already had rooftop solar, and the owners wanted their EV charging to make the most of surplus generation during daylight hours.
We specified a smart 7kW charger with solar divert capability, off-peak scheduling, and integration with the household energy monitoring system.
The charger was mounted on a purpose-built post beside the driveway, with cable management and a clean route from the consumer unit through the garage.
